“We have not received the second set of samples as of yet, but Starfire Direct did ship us some more samples. Apparently our samples were lost and we could see that the shipment had not moved in over a month. I'm glad they sent new samples; it's been difficult waiting for samples for our empty firepit. Very excited to see them. Glad Starfire did respond back to us - that's the kind of customer service that we should all expect!”

“We love our new fire pit table. It arrived with no shipping damage. The colors, rock, and quality are top notch. The consultant really helped me pick out finishes and rock color. Our only problem is the current heat wave which makes using our table have to wait on many nights. Never fear, cool weather will return!”

“Good product. Even though it says 1/4 inch it is slightly bigger than other brands that call theirs 1/4”. Which in my opinion is much nicer.”

“Ordering was easy, product description was clear. Only issue was communication from supplier on shipment. Was advised at order that product would ship within 5-7 days. Received product after 20+ days, but was never provided tracking number and had to call Starfire twice to confirm product had shipped. They couldn’t confirm shipment status, and was told to wait another few days.”

“Starfire updated us quickly on our delivery date. The gems were the correct size, however, the copper fire gem drops were a bit hazy. I had other cooper gem drops in my fire pit table which were darker and shinier. I washed the ones from starfire with clear water but it didn’t help. I put them on the bottom of my fire pit and put the brighter ones on the top which worked out fine.”

“Bought glass beads for firepit so your business name rang a bell and shop with you. Looking for a wind shield. A better variety of sizes would have been nice as our pit is 16" in diameter. Had to settle for larger 23" size.”

“The fire table is nice and was in good condition upon delivery, although the delivery service left it outside in the rain and drove off quickly. The customer service of these delivery services is poor. The unit required some assembly but it was not too difficult. The instructions could have been a little more detailed. The copper wire connection was not explained rather there is a simple picture of it so I missed that the first go-around. All in all it was pretty straight forward though. I feel like the table is priced high for what it is since it a pretty simple setup. The flame does put out great heat and is plenty high though. If the unit holds up in the conditions for several years it will be worth the money, but if it doesn't hold up I would not spend that much again. Finally, the communication from the company was excellent. Shipping was slightly delayed due to the Coronavirus but they communicated very well. Thank you for that.”
