Ordering was easy, product description was clear. Only issue was communication from supplier on shipment. Was advised at order that product would ship within 5-7 days. Received product after 20+ days, but was never provided tracking number and had to call Starfire twice to confirm product had shipped. They couldn’t confirm shipment status, and was told to wait another few days.
