“Some items received were damaged, and a complaint was sent through amazon, scratches burner, and broken logs. Would like to get logs replaced ASAP.”

“I’m really disappointed that I haven’t received a callback from someone there regarding a custom fountain for the fire water bowl I purchased. As we discussed this is a very intricate fountain and it Hass to be done right. I need some kind of stand for the ball and something to hide the propane tank. I’m still Andrew said if you guys are willing to work with me to find someone that could make this for me. Warm regards Bob Markham”

“Make sure you buy the freight insurance. Mine arrived with a broken item. This was handled as well as can be expected. Would have been very expensive without the insurance to replace it. Customer service is average or just a little above, everything was handled with little trouble so hard to complain. Would I purchase another item from this company “Yes””

“The online process was easy, a verification of order was received and then there was a delay with no notification as to what was happening until the item shipped. Which was over a week later, an email with a timeline and updates would help”

“Good response time and helpful phone staff. I was under the impression you had inventory on hand, however the product I purchased was drop-shipped from the manufacturer. I don’t know if I would have done anything different but would have appreciated some indication on your website that a purchased product was going to be send by the manufacturer. Timeliness turned out OK, but if in a hurry may have gone a different route. Thanks for listening. Alton Brody”

“I can not give a full GLOWING review.(Get it? Because they are glass for fireplaces that GLOW.) Terrible pun,I know but anyway my glass is very pretty and I only ordered samples so if I can make up my mind of what colors to order I'll be all set.Thank You, I'll be playing here all week.:)”
