Good response time and helpful phone staff. I was under the impression you had inventory on hand, however the product I purchased was drop-shipped from the manufacturer. I don’t know if I would have done anything different but would have appreciated some indication on your website that a purchased product was going to be send by the manufacturer. Timeliness turned out OK, but if in a hurry may have gone a different route. Thanks for listening.
