All n all the ordering expeience online was pretty clear. I did have difficulty trying to figure out what fireball accessory worked best with some components I was buying, so I called customer service. At first, she told me what I picked was not guaranteed. There was another better option available, but she was not going to come right out and help me figure it out. Instead , it took a lot of probing questions and persistence to figure it out. As a business owner, I would be very dismayed that my customer service people were not more willing to help a new customer find the best alternative.
