“Very Poor. I ordered a fire pit 4 years ago and I still love it today. The cover didn't hold up so I ordered a new one last week. The cover arrived and was not at all pictured. The photos and description was tan and it was the same one I got 4 years ago. What I received was a grey one and a totally different type of cover with draw strings. Called customer service and was on hold for 20 minutes and was told to leave a message. They never even called back. Sad as I love the fire pit.”

“I had a problem with broken fire glass. DJ was the best and sent out replacement fire glass immediately. Very happy with the purchase although it took some time to get here.”

“Called since our balls were broken and had imperfections and the remote would not work out of the box and they said sorry have to call the manufacturer to figure out why they don't work. The rep I spoke with was unfamiliar with our products as well and keep saying need to call the manufacturer. I should have purchased everything directly through the manufacturer since they were so helpful, intelligent on the product and nice.”

“Quite honestly, the ordering process on your website was great. Then, the shipping BS started taking place. We were informed that the two items were shipped stacked on top of each other, which being concrete should NOT have happened. Then, we were told that they were delivering 1/31/22, but never showed. Then we were told they were arriving on 2/1/22 and never showed, then we were told they were arriving on 2/2/22 and never showed, each time without any notification. When we called to find out what was going on, nobody could get ahold of the driver, and now our client is mad because the didn’t get their product on time. So far, not a great experience with Starfire Direct.”

“Website was easy to navigate, prices are more than fair and my order shipped within hours of placing it and is on track to be delivered tomorrow. It's a Monday and I ordered Friday morning. If the glass is pretty good quality and not all dust I'll never buy from anywhere else again. I'll be using it for resin art projects not fireplaces just as an fyi.”
