“Communication was good until I was asked to agree that the truck could make it to my neighborhood. I knew it would be ok on my street, but I wasn’t sure it could get to my street because of curves since I live in the mountains. I called the local freight company and they looked at it and said that no, they wouldn’t be able to get here. I was told they would call back with the dimensions of the crate. I finally called them again the day of delivery, we determined it would fit in my car, and arranged a meeting place. I don’t think I should have had to work so hard to determine that Starfire could deliver the product to me. I am building a house and have had many pieces of furniture larger than the fire pit delivered to the house. There are plenty of delivery services with trucks smaller than tractor trailers.”
