“I have small ventless gas log that quit burning after ten years or so. I spent a few weeks looking for repairman or parts. Starfire had updated unit for affordable price.”

“Unbelievable service the staff keep in touch and work with you I recently needed a fire pit and needed it by Dec 24 th I previously ordered it from anither manufacturer who was unable to ensure it would be there on time I cancelled that order and called Starfire. Not only did they say they would keep in touch and give me enough time to purchase elsewhere they called to confirm shipping. It came 2 weeks early from California and is beautiful. Made by real flame . Quality is suburb and easy to assemble . The best of the review is with the companies support”

“Can't review something I don't have. When I ordered my firepit I was told to expect it in 3-4 months. Ten months later I still have not seen it. I received an email saying it shipped and that it would arrive in 3-6 days. Two weeks later and I'm still waiting. All this time they've been holding my money, which I would have earned over a $1000 on by now.”

“It’s been two months and I still don’t have a product my fire pit. The first one came 6 weeks after I ordered it and it arrived damaged. I’ve asked several times for a refund but I keep getting the run around. DO NOT order from the company.”
