I had no issues with Starfire Direct and felt their communication was great about my order. Unfortunately, my item came very damaged (scratched and dented) and I had to refuse delivery. UPDATE: They communicated within a couple days and had contacted the producer of the item. I got a new one sent within a week to replace the damaged item. They stayed in touch throughout the whole process. Great job!
