“Our fire pit table was left on our driveway….we did not receive any notice. They didn’t even ring the door bell. Fortunately, everything is in great condition and we love the table. The delivery certainly was no reflection on you, but on Estes Trucking.”

“When we ordered our firepit, it was scheduled to arrive Nov. 19. We were delighted when we received in late October instead. The pit was everything we'd hoped! but... the value regulator key was missing. Amelia King in Starfire customer service responded to my email within 24 hours and had a key on the way to us right away. The package arrived empty (?) so I contacted Amelia, again, and she ordered another key which arrived without problem a week later. Great products and great customer service!!!”

“Product came quickly my only criticism is the bags of glass ripped open during transit and all were in one big mess. Had to sort them all and put in new bags. Maybe try wrapping each bag in bubble before shipping? Other then that I love the glass.”

“I wish there was an option between good and excellent. My experience was very good! I just don’t feel I can say it was excellent. The order was received in a very timely manner. I really like the colors of the 1/2 inch glass (desert gold). My only disappointment was with the large amount of dust, tiny crumbs and small shards that came in my bag. I would totally expect some crumbs but it almost seemed like an excessive amount. I rinsed the glass and the crumbs looked like a big pile of sand! It was like I got the bottom of the “barrel”. I wish I would have taken a picture. It just seemed like a lot of waste at that cost. Overall I was satisfied with my experience. I would recommend and order from Starfire again. Thanks”

“Outstanding, friendly service when I called before ordering the Starefire H burner. I already had a 18"log set, but no burner (only a gas starter). I ordered the 12", because of a short back wall of the box, and it looks great. Placed on floor, covered with 10 lbs small volcanic stones and a bit of rock wool/embers, and it's very realistic. Installation easy because of the video. Getting the old burner pipe off (even though new and never used) was very hard; had to heat and get leverage with large pliers.”

“The propane fire pit that came with a patio furniture set I was given had an air mixer that was just abs open section in the tubing and all the burner holes faced down. The old burner wouldn’t burn clean and even after adjustment the flame would progress back and ignite under the table at the mixer. I replaced with a Starfiire unit and it has a nice Venturi mixer and is very well built. It fit perfect in my existing fire pit table and worked great. Nice clean burn and very safe. I’m very pleased with the burner assembly.”
