As everyone knows, true customer service is not measured when things are going right but how they are handle when there is an issue. Amelia King stepped up and did an outstanding job! Amelia was responsive, thoughtful and demonstrated excellent follow up skills. Her follow up was exceptional. Amelia not good only asked all the right questions, but more importantly listened.
