Prior to reaching out to Starfire Direct, I did a lot of researching of other vendors & reading of reviews. Since Starfire was very favorable on my list, I called to place an order for Fire Pit Table. I dealt with a Steven Kinsey via phoncon. It was a pleasure to hear the voice of a very personable person with outstanding customer service who was very attentive to my questions. All other contact dealing with personnel were great.
