I have not received my order up until now and I have sent more than one complaint and received no response but my money was removed from my card. This is unacceptable and very very poor to say this is my first time ordering to get the sample to see if I would continue to use your business. This has been the worst ever.
Not even a response. Very poor. I am highly annoyed.
