I try to buy all my fireplace parts for the units I build for customers from your company as you have always taken good care of my needs. I recently tried to purchase a propane gas line system from you but you were out of stock and the lady I spoke to said she did not know when she could supply one. I went on to Amazon and had what I needed two days later. I just do not understand why the experts cannot get one. I will still order what I need from you but I was a little unhappy. Regards
