Sales side of the equation was very good, decent website great support when I called for a few questions on a fire pit. You are very busy and I was told "going in" that lead times had been extended which was good to know up front. Only problem I had was trying to get an update about two weeks prior to shipment. Never got that return call but finally received an e-mail 10 days later saying it had shipped. I have not unpacked the unit yet, waiting for the installation. Packaging was great and on the outside it looks to be in perfect condition.
