I recently purchased a firepit lid. After purchase I was informed that I wouldn’t receive it for 5 months. When I called to get an explanation to why , the agent was helpful to explain the circumstance & that he would get my order out a lot sooner. I appreciated his willingness to listen & his service was very accommodating.
