We bought a $4,000 fire pit including a cover. We were told cover was back ordered. It’s been over a year. We have contacted you by phone and email regarding the cover. We asked for you to issue a refund for the cover. Response not able by phone. No response by email. Very disappointed! The fire pit is beautiful, disappointed by customer service.
