Eventhough I had purchased my beautiful fire pit with hidden propane tank a while ago, I hadn’t used it much (Covid gathering restrictions). But the flame had always been very low - not the robust flame on their website. So I decided to call customer service. Ady Kings was my contact and he couldn’t have been nicer and more patient. After sending him videos, he sent out a new part. When that didn’t work, he sent out another, all free of charge. The second part did the trick! Now I have the beautiful, glowing fire pit that was intended to be.
