Product was recommended by a friend with whom I shared an evening's propane camp fire. I had been using pumice stones in my own fire-pit and was looking for a fresh new look. Had a slight issue when ordering but the Starfire Customer Service Department was exceptional quick in resolving a minor issue to my complete satisfaction. It has been far too long since I have seen such true Customer Service.
