I spoke with Mitchell in customer service after getting notified that an item I ordered had subsequently gone on sale. The item hadn’t shipped and he said they would adjust my invoice and charge the lower amount. I am happy to report that Starfire was great in every aspect, excellent product and fantastic follow through. They kept me apprised of everything in regards to my order and it arrived on time and highest quality.
