I talked to a Starfire rep before ordering. Very knowledgeable and helpful. When I received my fire pit, I found a damaged burner cover. I took pictures and called Starfire. They took my information and said they would process it. Received a new lid in three days. Thank you for your great "Customer Service." I will be recommending Starfire direct to anyone who is considering a firepit purchase. You were outstanding.
