The customer service help was awesome and he was very helpful BUT....I submitted the order on a monday and I was promised that it would ship on tuesday for a friday delivery. I had an installer scheduled for install on saturday for my wifes birthday. Instead it did not ship until wednesday. Which means that it was not due to arrive until monday. Had to reschedule my installer and find a new birthday present for the wife. : (
