Sasha is AWESOME! She answered all my questions and a couple of things she needed to find out / research than call me back was done very quickly. She was very patient explaining things to me, very knowledgeable about your product line and she offered some suggestions where I could find the the Azul blue cube glass for my fire pit since Starfire did not have it in stock. I would love to have gotten a one size bigger fire pit, but it was not in my budget right now and plus I need to save some money for the fireplace I will be buying from you hopefully soon. Also thank you to the owner for allowing me to opt out of receiving the normal tan colored I believe cover that comes with it saving me a few more dollars so I could have a heavier duty black cover made. My delivery is scheduled for Monday Jan 13 and the person I spoke to about that was very helpful as well. If I win a small Lotto I will buy the matching stainless steel cover as well.
