Over-the-phone help was excellent -- I was able to order all the correct parts. Also, having the installation instructions on-line was helpful. Finally, there was a missing part in the original shipment (not just a back-order, but a part on the manifest that wasn't in the box), but it was shipped quickly after I made a phone call.
Finally, Starfire made a mistake in my favor -- they sent an *extra* Blue Flame Gas Valve Stem Extender, for which I owe them something like $8 plus tax -- let me know how to pay this...
