I purchased a replacement element for a gas fireplace. Paid, and waiting I discovered that the order was cancelled, and no notice was given to me, leaving me waiting for something that was not going to arrive. I called (complained) and steven was prompt to rely, cleared up the confusion, and my order was confirme on its way today. Sometimes things go wrong.. when someone makes it right..
