Great service. I ordered the NG Key Valve I paid roughly $10 shipping because it was under the minimum $50 free shipping. It was suppose to get her in two days. I had a repairman coming on Friday, I called to check on the valve because I had not received a confirmation of it’s shipping. They StarFireDirect called the warehouse and expedited it. I received it the next day.
The valve worked great a beautiful fire.
