From the time I ordered I was not told of any delivery date, then I received a message to not call about my order because you were so busy, and I should expect delivery that could be as long as 7 days from the date it was ordered. That was 10 days after my order, then I finally got a note that it had been shipped and would be here in 3 days, and it was delivered the next day. The product was excellent, but the communication was not.
