With the on-going Corona virus thing, had to contact customer service for the status of my order. A company rep by the name of Trish returned my call and gave me all of the necessary info and two days later I received my colored firepit glass. Glass was the perfect color and looks great!! My hats off to all of the hard working folks at Starfire Direct for a job well done and for their fantastic customer service!!
