I ordered 20 lbs of the Starfire diamond glass. When my order arrived, it seemed a rather small amount, so I weighed it & discovered that it was only 10 lbs.
I phoned Starfire customer service & spoke w a very nice rep, who after a brief hold, let me know that this was an oversight, and the remaining 10 lbs would ship shortly.
So although I'll be waiting an extra few days to use my fire pit, Starfire Direct did their best to correct a mistake. These things can happen & I appreciate their help in making it right!
