The ordering process was OK but shipping was poor or very poor. I received an email that said the item has shipped and that I would receive it on the 26th. The 26 came and went I checked the tracking and they said now the shipping is pending. I can’t find any details with the tracking button to see what has happened to my shipment. Still have not received it.Now this email is saying that you are getting my package ready for shipment. I don’t know if it’s shipped or not but regardless your shipping process is poor.
