When I had trouble placing my order, due to the device I was using, I picked up the phone and called. Surprisingly, to me, the call was quickly answered by a live person who was able to immediately help me. We discussed options, he answered all my questions about the fire glass, and issued my order. I had tried to get information from other vendors of fire glass, but Starfire Direct was the only live help I was able to get. So you are winners in my book. Thank you for excellent service.
