I love the ease of the website, but was disappointed at the time of arrival. Ordered the item on 8/9 and it's just now out for delivery today 9/16. Chatting with employees was great and they were kind enough to respond. Their hands were tied due to back ordered item, but was a little frustrating that the 7-10 business days started when it arrived to their warehouse, not the shipping date.
