Time and money were wasted due to poor management and unfulfilled promises. I recently had the unfortunate experience of taking a tour with StarTours, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. While the company’s responses to my concerns might suggest otherwise, my experience was far from what was promised. Here are the main issues I encountered: **Unfair Pricing for Children Under 5:** StarTours insists that their dynamic pricing policy is fair and consistent, but this justification falls flat when you compare it to industry standards. My 4-year-old was charged nearly the same rate as a child aged 6 and up. In Switzerland, for instance, children under 5 often receive free admission or substantial discounts. Given these examples, it seems unreasonable that my 4-year-old was billed nearly the same as a 6-year-old. I feel unfairly treated.
