Our group of 25 people was placed at Novotel Massy Palaiseau as part of a package with Star Tours, and this hotel was one of the worst parts of our trip. From the moment we entered our rooms, we were disgusted to find bed bugs, silverfish, and other types of insects crawling around the beds, bathroom, and even the walls. It was completely unhygienic and unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 4-star. When we approached the front desk about the infestation, the staff—particularly one individual—was extremely unhelpful and shockingly rude. Rather than offering any kind of solution, they yelled at guests, dismissing our concerns and showing absolutely no professionalism or empathy. Because Star Tours couldn’t make alternate arrangements for us that night, our entire group had to sit in the hotel lobby overnight with no sleep, no accommodations, and no support from hotel staff. This was not just uncomfortable—it was a health and safety risk. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Novotel Massy Palaiseau is not up to basic cleanliness standards, and the service is downright hostile. This was a deeply disappointing experience for all of us, especially on a trip we were looking forward to. The only positive part of the situation was our tour guide, Kaiwan. He truly went above and beyond, doing everything in his power to support us despite the circumstances. He was kind, calm, and tried his hardest to make things right. None of this was his fault. The blame lies entirely with the hotel and Star Tours for putting us in such an unacceptable situation. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

During our European tour in July 2025, our bus was broken into in Rome, and all of our luggage was stolen — including prescription medications. The bus had been left completely unattended by the driver and tour manager. We received no help from Star Tours, and when we tried to file a police report, the local authorities refused — again, no support from the company. As if that weren’t enough, the bus later crashed, forcing us to jump out of the vehicle, and despite the damage, we were forced to continue traveling in the same unsafe coach. The driver was unable to control the vehicle, and the situation was completely disorganized and dangerous. To top it off, key parts of the itinerary were canceled without notice, including the stop at Vatican City — one of the main reasons we booked this tour. No explanation. No refund. No accountability. We’ve since had to involve our travel insurance provider and lawyers to recover our losses, and Star Tours has been slow to respond and uncooperative. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Their negligence put our safety, health, and well-being at risk. Avoid at all costs.

Kind and friendly staff. Our tour guide Stephen Firadous was kind and well organised. Information that was given was clear,well planned through out our tour. Health and safety was also taken in cosideration. J J our coach driver was also kind and friendly. Also he made sure the passengers were safe and had their seat belts on also had breaks through out the journey . Thankyou both for making our holiday amazing and memorable Fahim and Tahira

This group will use deceptive tactics to entice you to send all of your hard-earned money with the promise that it will double. They deplete your account and leave you high and dry before you can say "jackpot," though. I was feeling quite forlorn after falling for their deception. However, TREBLESLTD*COM, and com then jumped in and did their magic. They assisted me in getting my money and profits back in a matter of days. I also took back control of my account and got back everything that was properly mine using the information they gave me. These people can be of great assistance to you if you're stuck!

The scenic tour to Switzerland started off very badly. The Tour bus was very old and cricky. It made horrible noise as if it was going to fall apart any time. It was also leeking as there was water falling on us over our heads. The air condition was not working. The driver and the tour guide (Richy)made up story that it was the drivers birthday when they were charged for driving offense, so they could get contributions from the passengers, which was very wrong. On thw whole Star Tours did not provide a memborabe experience. I would never choose them again.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of taking a tour with StarTours, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. The chat service representatives are no use. They are least interested to help you. Not professional at all. Small kids dont know to explain very well. They are least bothered about your booking. Also they provided wrong information about my Visa.

I would like an explanation for the lack of variety and what measures StarTours is taking to ensure food safety and quality. **Inadequate Time Management:** Despite assurances that StarTours reviews itineraries to identify opportunities for improvement, it’s clear that issues remain unaddressed. The schedule was poorly managed, leading to significant dissatisfaction. It’s concerning that even after feedback, no substantial changes have been made. This raises questions about how seriously StarTours takes customer feedback and whether they are genuinely committed to improving their services. **Additional Concerns:** There were several other issues that added to my frustration: - The Eiffel Tower and scenic boat rides in Paris were not included in the initial itinerary, but we were informed about these changes only a day before. Overall, my experience with StarTours was deeply disappointing. I feel that my time and money were wasted due to poor management and unfulfilled promises.

They scammed me. I bought a ticket with full refund option, when I had to cancel due to visa issue they gave me only 10% of the price. I lost 1000euro due to their scam. When I ask for my refund they said I will get my money for about 8 weeks and afterwards they said they will not pay my money.

Sorry for the very late review. Our schedules got so busy after our vacation. We took 14 days Europe Trip without Disney Jun 2024 and had an wonderful experience. I am not an review person, so excuse if I miss any important point. We booked this trip 6 months in advance and didn't think about the itinerary. Just an week before, I got so stressed out after seeing the full itinerary. We are not used to long Bus journeys and we have an younger child. We tried to reach out to customer service and they respond in 10 to 15 mins and convinced that we will not face any issue with long travels in Bus. Still, I am not convinced and panicked until we reach the main pickup point. The bus is super comfortable with upper racks and recline options. Good Leg space. We had around 32 people in our bus from different countries, loaded our bags in coach, got introduced each other and met our wonderful guide. Santhosh is our tour guide manager , well experienced, little strict with timings and engages you with some activity in Bus. Through out our travel, he encouraged us to conduct some games, dumb charades, Singing and Dancing. Coming to the itinerary, whoever prepared it, big shout out. Very well organized, covers all major highlighted places and planned well along with Food. As mentioned in some of the reviews, few additional tour can be done only if time permits and acceptance from majority of Passengers. Again I repeat, this is an additional add-on tour which we need pay extra. We did planned for Zurich city tour which is not part of our itinerary but most of the Passengers want to visit and agreed to pay extra but we can't make it because of 2 hrs traffic. Europe laws are very strict with hours coach captain can drive. Most of our days start at 7.30am and we reach to hotel by 8 to 8.30pm. If in case we want to go additional night tour, guide will plan and start the day at 8.30am to 9am and ends at 11pm. People who book group travel should understand that there will be couple of things which we plan may not happen because of bad weather and traffic or other incidents locally. Blaming tour company and guide is not going to help. Also, safety is very important to keep in mind. Let's go with Lodging and food, most of the lodging in Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Italy and Parris are good except one lake house near Geneva where Air conditioning was not working properly in some rooms. Also, that property looks go distressed. But beautiful location, amazing view but poor accommodation and food in only one place. We did raised this concern with tour guide to make sure they figure alternate accommodation for that spot alone. Most of the days, Lunch and dinner will be Indian food mainly north Indian food and Continental breakfast. Most of the days, they try to make Indian breakfast like upma, poha kichadi and Indian chai. If in case, you want to try out different cuisine outside, you will have time in Paris and Italy. Very smooth journey overall and we thoroughly enjoyed all 14 days with new people, new place and amazing travel experience. We didn't planned to Disney as we been to Florida Disney world. Our fellow passengers from India had good experience there. We skipped Disney and went to Versailles garden. Wonderful place but very short time. 4 hrs is not enough to cover inside the Palace.

I don't typically write reviews about any enterprise, as I consider their perspective and the challenges they face. However, my recent experience with Star Tours UK has compelled me to write my first review, due to the gravity and helplessness I felt in the situation. I recently experienced an appalling and highly unethical service from Star Tours UK, that I feel compelled to share, in the hope that potential customers will avoid falling victim to their dubious practices. On March 22, 2024, I booked the Panoramic Europe 5-day trip with Star Tours for myself and my family, scheduled for departure on May 13, 2024 (Invoice No: 338341, Booking Reference: 158599/ ALIM). I paid an advance of £765 (approx. ₹78,000) for the trip (enclosing invoice). Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my booking immediately after making it. This cancellation was made well months in advance of the trip's departure date, yet to my dismay, Star Tours refused to refund even a single penny of my payment. This treatment is especially egregious considering my longstanding relationship with Star Tours. Over the years, I have been a loyal customer, having taken their Scotland trip thrice, and my relatives and colleagues have also frequently availed their services. Despite this loyalty, Star Tours showed no consideration or goodwill in handling my situation. What makes this situation even worse is that their own cancellation policy states that cancellation charges begin at 25% of the total holiday cost only if notice is given 28 days before departure. Since my cancellation was made well months in advance, there should have been no charge at all. Their refusal to refund my advance payment is not only unfair but also indicative of their deeply unethical business practices. Star Tours should have considered my request for a refund given the significant notice provided and my history as a loyal customer. Their complete lack of flexibility and empathy is shocking. Furthermore, when I inquired about the refund over the phone, their customer service was negligent and dismissive, showing no intention of assisting me or understanding my predicament. It is also worth noting that friends, relatives, and colleagues who had to cancel similar trips with other travel companies have promptly received their refunds. These companies demonstrated genuine customer-friendly policies and understood the importance of treating their clients with fairness and respect. This stark contrast only highlights the unethical nature of Star Tours’ practices. I strongly urge potential customers to reconsider booking with Star Tours. Their lack of integrity, disregard for customer loyalty, and unethical behavior are appalling. At any time, you could find yourself in a similar situation, facing unexpected circumstances, and you deserve a travel company that values its customers and operates with transparency and fairness. The worst travel company I have ever seen . They tell wrong information , poor managment and do not encourage refunds . Money is gone for ever . Very disgusting . Going to initiate money claim online court action to recover all the money and also a compensation .

Not a good tour operator, They hire service providers buses, They have only few buses to show off. The seat allotment priority is not on your booking dates, you will be given second preference than Gujaratis. Their itineraries are not good. Food and Hotel accommodation are excellent. They give first priority to Gujaratis. I will not recommend this operator. Even in taking lunch or dinner, you will have to stand outside till the Gujaratis being seated. Our Guide Mr. KAIWN, He treated us as that only Gujaratis paid and we others travelling free.
