2 time in the tour ..Thought they would take Feedback seriously but I was wrong . Star tours is horrible and pathetic travel company . Ridiculous tour gives you haunted hotels like Best western near France and Switzerland border with insects and food will make you die earlier.

Trustpilot reviews Review of Star Tours Marsha Grant 2 reviews US Rated 2 out of 5 stars 7 hours ago Disappointed Title: Disappointing Experience on Star Tours' 10-Day Wonders of Europe Tour Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5 stars) I recently embarked on Star Tours' 10-day Wonders of Europe tour, and I must say that my overall experience was extremely disappointing. As a frequent traveler, I had high expectations for this tour, but unfortunately, it fell far short of them. From poor customer service to uncomfortable conditions and limited food options, this trip left much to be desired. My journey with Star Tours began on a sour note, as I had previously taken a four-day tour the week before and had already expressed my concerns to both customer service and through a review. Despite reaching out to them, I received no response until day five of the tour, and even then, the response was vague and unhelpful. The lack of timely and appropriate customer service only added to my frustrations. One of the main issues I encountered was the misleading information regarding food options. Although the tour claimed to provide vegetarian meals, it was limited to Indian vegetarian cuisine, which was not suitable for my preferences. This lack of variety and consideration for different dietary needs and allergies was a major letdown. Additionally, the absence of labels and proper information about the food made it difficult to navigate and find suitable options. Another significant problem was the feeling of being singled out throughout the tour. As one of the few non-Indian and non-black individuals on the trip, my companion and I were consistently placed at the back of the bus and were always called last. This meant we were unable to disembark promptly, further inconveniencing us. It was evident that the tour did not cater well to diverse groups of travelers, as we were unable to participate in certain activities such as Hindi conversations or entertainment. The lack of operational charging ports in the coach was another inconvenience. This was particularly problematic during long drives, as we were unable to charge our devices or even use fans to combat the excessive heat inside the bus. The insufficient cooling system caused discomfort and headaches, making the overall journey unpleasant. Furthermore, the tour's arrangements for meals and stops were subpar. Being ill from day two onward, my companion and I were unable to eat for the remainder of the trip. The limited opportunities to purchase food were mostly at gas stations, which are not known for offering the best quality options. This lack of suitable food combined with the uncomfortable bus conditions made the tour extremely challenging and unpleasant. Hygiene was also a concern, as the packed bus often resulted in issues with body odor and uncomfortable seating. Moreover, the disregard shown by the tour staff was disheartening. The constant need to prove our inclusion in the group at restaurants and the refusal to serve me properly cooked food in one instance were highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Additionally, the rushed itinerary left little time for enjoying the locations or purchasing souvenirs. The tour felt more like a race to check off items from a checklist rather than an opportunity to immerse oneself in the wonders of Europe. Lastly, the dismissive response I received from customer service after the tour had ended further exemplified the lack of concern and disregard for the issues I faced throughout the trip. Their response implied that the tour was intended primarily for Indians and not for international or diverse cultures, contradicting their initial claims. In conclusion, my experience with Star Tours' 10-day Wonders of Europe tour was deeply unsatisfactory. The lack of response from customer service, misleading information regarding food options, uncomfortable conditions, and feeling ignored throughout the tour all contributed to a negative experience. I would not recommend this tour to anyone seeking an enjoyable and inclusive travel experience.

recently went to snowdonia tour 2 nights. The itinerary was not well prepared. Only beauty was tram and train trips. There are many sight seeing places in wales which could have boosted up. Just at the pier 4 hours was a lot of time wasted. Would have recommended hot breakfast, or dinner on the 1 st day though we paid for the trip at a price. was not happy with the tour.

Tour guide Mr Santosh was non co operative and was not taking proper care of tourists. Even the coach driver was very rough and rude. Same morning breakfast for all six days. No proper guidance from tour guide for finding veg.food. Remain literally hungry during the tour.Last day journey from Edinburgh to London took around 11 hours during which no food or refreshments were provided by tour operator.Reached London late night at around 12. Overall experience was very poor. Not recommended, please avoid star tour.

-10 … Very unrealistic, unreliable and awful travel agent. Booked a tour of 5, prior to 3 months and just before 4 week of departure, I just received call from their office and cancelled the tour due to less number of passengers, their unethically practice of tour management. They should inform the customer during the time of booking but never…I asked never been told during the booking was made, then they keep saying sorry and apologize… Thats all they can say … not their work as customers service are better then the management whose hid behind their back…. When I started fuming then say, read section 5, they have right to cancel anything without hesitating while customer get charged for later cancellation if they do.. What a shame of tour operators, total waste of time and effort to plan a such holiday with plenty of emotions…. My daughter’s 15th birthday has ruined, she is crying and upset for whole day because of this stupid tour operators Never ever book Just avoid at any cost they can cancel anytime trust me… and you lost your heart..!

I had very bad experience with star tours .I don't wish to give even one star .....I went to Belgium Holland trip for 3 days and had a very worst experience.. the tour guide rayomand daruwala was unfriendly, not polite and kind and have no patience to guide a group tour..the shuttle tickets were booked wrongly for the next day and we need to waste more than 4hours there in Calais. Our reach time to Wembley is 9.30 but we reached around 1am the next day .. the last train to our place is at 11.50 pm so we happened to stay here...and book again for the next day train ... Our time and money were wasted due to a small error made by star tours.this is highly unacceptable

I had booked 9 days Eurotrip for a couple on March 2020 but due to Corona trip got cancelled and Star tours compelled me to take vouchers by saying if I choose to cancel cancellation charges would be applicable. Owing to their reputation I accepted the vouchers worth GBP 2250 valid till December 2021. It seemed enough time back then, but due to COVID restrictions all around never got a chance to utilise the vouchers. Now I am stuck with the vouchers and the customer care representatives are rude enough not to refund the vouchers for money even with cancellation charges and nor extending the validity of the vouchers any further.

I always had trust in Star Tours as I have seen them in operation since a long time & many people I know have used their services. But the Pandemic has made them a greed mongering monsters. I booked a 14 days tour of Europe for Summer of 2020. Considering the unprecedented times, the tour was cancelled and they gave us vouchers of a certain validity. Knowing their credibility, I was assured that my money was in safe hands. Now when I want to use my vouchers against a flight booking through them, their USA office denies its limited use saying that it can only be used for a tour booking. My circumstances have changed, I cannot plan a tour now and they are restricting the use of my own money vouchers. This is a daylight theft. You have shaken my trust in your brand. If I cannot use the real money vouchers to purchase your own product and service then you are literally cheating me. I will assure that Star Tours never come to my mind when I think of my future travel plans, nor I will recommend your services to my network.

3 days Scotland tour. Only book holiday if you want to sit 12-14 hrs in coach with couple of in between "generous" 15 min break for photo shoot. Packed Food served in the night was appalling, didnt have even courtsey to provide utensils to eat that crappy food in hotel room. I believe most of these 4-5 star reviews are fake. Thanks

my trip was cancelled in April 2020 due to corona, and star tours gave me voucher of 630 pound which is totally useless for me as I have no way in future to utilize it. they said that its transferable to anyone but I know,no one to buy from me.even I requested star tours to deduct my cancel charges and refund me remaining amount but they said that no refund of voucher. so if anyone wants to buy transferable star tours 630 pound voucher valid till end of 2021,please contact me .I will give discount thanks

I've travelled with my family in "06 Days - Best of Europe without Disney". We stayed in Novotel Hotels & Resorts, 91120 Palaiseau France. My daughter and I was misbehaved by the Novotel hotel reception. I had called the tour manager “Heramb Joshi” to the incident location. I was calling Police but didn’t call as suggested by Heramb Joshi. Later, I reached out to Star tours about the incident. I was surprised that Heramb Joshi didn’t update Star tours about this incident. After so many phone call and emails, Mr. Jigar Damani said that identified reception is not in service for Star tours. Star tour has nothing done to the guest recovery. Star tour doesn’t care about your respect and dignity. Star tours charges traveler hefty money for Quality vacation. I don’t with anyone with face the same situation which I and my family faced, IT IS NOT TRUSTWORDTHY TRAVEL COMPANY AND WORTH WHILE TO LOOK. They screwed their entire vacation. Stay away from this tour company.

Hi, I have booked a tour for Germany, France and Switzerland.. It's 5 days your starting from 18th March but due to corona virus I have put a request for cancellation but star tour is charging 75% fees if I cancel now. Just don't understand people plan for vacation to get some break but due to panic situation across the world, everyone is preferring to be isolated not that world has stop here but being responsible citizen it is our job to avoid going in groups to new places. Star tour need to understand this and need to amend the policies according to current situation. Why customer to bare all loss, appreciate that star tour is there to earn money but it's global problem and we should be proactively ready for it. Is anyone agree with this?

Very worst experience.i have booked a tour on march14 for paria, Germany swiss and brussels believing that it's the top tours by paying 807 pounds.Later because of corona virus spreading like anything in france, swiss, Germany I requested and begged them to refund my money as I am not cancelling because of my personal reasons.they run behind customer money and do not care about passengers.one of the executive called me last night and said he would try to refund atleast 50perc.but next day they told me it would be not possible.i also gave them other option to keep their money with them and I would like to book star tours in the coming months. They are not even ok with this option.worst experience in my ever.they literally gave me a lot of mental pain and stress.

I recently took a trip to Paris with Star Tours started from Wembley. I booked the holiday tour in March this year and got visa processing through them. To start off itself visa process is over priced, and tremendous amount of pressure and confusion. I wasn’t given complete information at first instance, forms provided was incomplete and that lead me to send them two courier and I spend extra money for it. Now visa was issued and there comes day of travel. Now the trip is from Wembley and we live in Derbyshire. But transportation was provided from Nottingham so we had to take a taxi at mid night to reach Nottingham. From Nottingham there was a big massive Mercedes Bus but the seating was so dam cramped. I am short lady with 5.3” still. Y knees were touching back rest of front seat. From Nottingham to Wembley was 2-3 hrs in bus and we finally reached Wembley in the morning. From there we started at about 5 am and I was thinking probably this bus will be comfortable as it was a long journey but I am horrified coz the bus was exactly same and to top it all me and my husband had seats away from each other!!!!!!!!!! I am sure that is the last thing any one would want on a family trip to sit away from your family. When I requested the tour guide he wasn’t interested much and then later when he saw the seats he understood the situation and requested fellow passenger to swop seats. Now we were given last seat in the coach coz that was only the option and here we could not bend out seats at all. We sat straight throughout the trip and passenger ahead of us also tilted their seats leaving us squeezed in the middle. Huh!!!!!! Horrible..... Now both me and my husband have come back more tired than a normal working day with back pain. I am sure you don’t go on holiday to get stressed or fall sick! Entire trip was hurry burry and rushed us at every place. Overall I would not recommend star tours unless something really magical is done to improve from their end!

I traveled with my wife for Historic Scotland tour with Star Tours. We have excellent memories of Europe Tour with them 5 years back, hence I decided to take this tour, in spite it being exorbitantly costly. I can't believe that in this satellite age, Star tours does not allow any seat selection and seat allotment depends totally on your luck on that day! Initially we were allotted seat no. 17-18, but midway through, when we got down, we found someone sitting on our place. The tour guide bluntly told us to occupy the last few seats. In the whole tour we struggled due to this, as many places the time allocated was 15 minutes, but we used to take 5-10 minutes just to get out of the coach. The accommodation was good, but the dinner was average. For lunch, they took us to some restaurants, where vegetarian people will not any options. On the 3rd day, they wasted time in distillery and cut down our time at Edinburgh, which is a beautiful city. The tour guide was average. Comparatively other guide Allan and the bus driver did a good job. Completely disappointed!

Extremely impolite customer care executive, do not have proper information to provide on tours and its payment options. Not recommended, if there was a possibility I would give them zero stars. Highly disappointing Star Tours.
