This group will use deceptive tactics to entice you to send all of your hard-earned money with the promise that it will double. They deplete your account and leave you high and dry before you can say "jackpot," though. I was feeling quite forlorn after falling for their deception. However, TREBLESLTD*COM, and com then jumped in and did their magic. They assisted me in getting my money and profits back in a matter of days. I also took back control of my account and got back everything that was properly mine using the information they gave me. These people can be of great assistance to you if you're stuck!

The scenic tour to Switzerland started off very badly. The Tour bus was very old and cricky. It made horrible noise as if it was going to fall apart any time. It was also leeking as there was water falling on us over our heads. The air condition was not working. The driver and the tour guide (Richy)made up story that it was the drivers birthday when they were charged for driving offense, so they could get contributions from the passengers, which was very wrong. On thw whole Star Tours did not provide a memborabe experience. I would never choose them again.

The chat service representatives are no use. They are least interested to help you. Not professional at all. Small kids dont know to explain very well. They are least bothered about your booking. Also they provided wrong information about my Visa.

Time and money were wasted due to poor management and unfulfilled promises. I recently had the unfortunate experience of taking a tour with StarTours, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. While the company’s responses to my concerns might suggest otherwise, my experience was far from what was promised. Here are the main issues I encountered: **Unfair Pricing for Children Under 5:** StarTours insists that their dynamic pricing policy is fair and consistent, but this justification falls flat when you compare it to industry standards. My 4-year-old was charged nearly the same rate as a child aged 6 and up. In Switzerland, for instance, children under 5 often receive free admission or substantial discounts. To give you a sense of comparison: - Titlis charges CHF 70 for children aged 6-18. - The gondola ride to Jungfraujoch is CHF 126 for the same age group. - A round-trip cable car ticket for Glacier 3000 costs CHF 45. - The Golden Pass Scenic Train is CHF 57. Given these examples, it seems unreasonable that my 4-year-old was billed nearly the same as a 6-year-old. I feel unfairly treated. **Monotonous Meals:** StarTours claims to offer a buffet style with a range of dishes, but the reality was far from satisfactory. We were repeatedly served the same meals: “Dal,” “Rice,” “Paneer,” and “Naan.” This limited selection did not qualify as a varied buffet. Furthermore, the quality of food at one location was questionable—there was a stone in my food, and the dining area seemed unsafe. I would like an explanation for the lack of variety and what measures StarTours is taking to ensure food safety and quality. **Inadequate Time Management:** Despite assurances that StarTours reviews itineraries to identify opportunities for improvement, it’s clear that issues remain unaddressed. The schedule was poorly managed, leading to significant dissatisfaction. It’s concerning that even after feedback, no substantial changes have been made. This raises questions about how seriously StarTours takes customer feedback and whether they are genuinely committed to improving their services. **Additional Concerns:** There were several other issues that added to my frustration: - The Eiffel Tower and scenic boat rides in Paris were not included in the initial itinerary, but we were informed about these changes only a day before. Overall, my experience with StarTours was deeply disappointing. I feel that my time and money were wasted due to poor management and unfulfilled promises.

They scammed me. I bought a ticket with full refund option, when I had to cancel due to visa issue they gave me only 10% of the price. I lost 1000euro due to their scam. When I ask for my refund they said I will get my money for about 8 weeks and afterwards they said they will not pay my money.

I don't typically write reviews about any enterprise, as I consider their perspective and the challenges they face. However, my recent experience with Star Tours UK has compelled me to write my first review, due to the gravity and helplessness I felt in the situation. I recently experienced an appalling and highly unethical service from Star Tours UK, that I feel compelled to share, in the hope that potential customers will avoid falling victim to their dubious practices. On March 22, 2024, I booked the Panoramic Europe 5-day trip with Star Tours for myself and my family, scheduled for departure on May 13, 2024 (Invoice No: 338341, Booking Reference: 158599/ ALIM). I paid an advance of £765 (approx. ₹78,000) for the trip (enclosing invoice). Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my booking immediately after making it. This cancellation was made well months in advance of the trip's departure date, yet to my dismay, Star Tours refused to refund even a single penny of my payment. This treatment is especially egregious considering my longstanding relationship with Star Tours. Over the years, I have been a loyal customer, having taken their Scotland trip thrice, and my relatives and colleagues have also frequently availed their services. Despite this loyalty, Star Tours showed no consideration or goodwill in handling my situation. What makes this situation even worse is that their own cancellation policy states that cancellation charges begin at 25% of the total holiday cost only if notice is given 28 days before departure. Since my cancellation was made well months in advance, there should have been no charge at all. Their refusal to refund my advance payment is not only unfair but also indicative of their deeply unethical business practices. Star Tours should have considered my request for a refund given the significant notice provided and my history as a loyal customer. Their complete lack of flexibility and empathy is shocking. Furthermore, when I inquired about the refund over the phone, their customer service was negligent and dismissive, showing no intention of assisting me or understanding my predicament. It is also worth noting that friends, relatives, and colleagues who had to cancel similar trips with other travel companies have promptly received their refunds. These companies demonstrated genuine customer-friendly policies and understood the importance of treating their clients with fairness and respect. This stark contrast only highlights the unethical nature of Star Tours’ practices. I strongly urge potential customers to reconsider booking with Star Tours. Their lack of integrity, disregard for customer loyalty, and unethical behavior are appalling. At any time, you could find yourself in a similar situation, facing unexpected circumstances, and you deserve a travel company that values its customers and operates with transparency and fairness. Look for genuine, customer-friendly tours and avoid Star Tours at all costs. Regards, Mahitosh Satish (Contact- +91 7907608813)

Not a good tour operator, They hire service providers buses, They have only few buses to show off. The seat allotment priority is not on your booking dates, you will be given second preference than Gujaratis. Their itineraries are not good. Food and Hotel accommodation are excellent. They give first priority to Gujaratis. I will not recommend this operator. Even in taking lunch or dinner, you will have to stand outside till the Gujaratis being seated. Our Guide Mr. KAIWN, He treated us as that only Gujaratis paid and we others travelling free.

Trustpilot reviews Review of Star Tours Marsha Grant 2 reviews US Rated 2 out of 5 stars 7 hours ago Disappointed Title: Disappointing Experience on Star Tours' 10-Day Wonders of Europe Tour Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5 stars) I recently embarked on Star Tours' 10-day Wonders of Europe tour, and I must say that my overall experience was extremely disappointing. As a frequent traveler, I had high expectations for this tour, but unfortunately, it fell far short of them. From poor customer service to uncomfortable conditions and limited food options, this trip left much to be desired. My journey with Star Tours began on a sour note, as I had previously taken a four-day tour the week before and had already expressed my concerns to both customer service and through a review. Despite reaching out to them, I received no response until day five of the tour, and even then, the response was vague and unhelpful. The lack of timely and appropriate customer service only added to my frustrations. One of the main issues I encountered was the misleading information regarding food options. Although the tour claimed to provide vegetarian meals, it was limited to Indian vegetarian cuisine, which was not suitable for my preferences. This lack of variety and consideration for different dietary needs and allergies was a major letdown. Additionally, the absence of labels and proper information about the food made it difficult to navigate and find suitable options. Another significant problem was the feeling of being singled out throughout the tour. As one of the few non-Indian and non-black individuals on the trip, my companion and I were consistently placed at the back of the bus and were always called last. This meant we were unable to disembark promptly, further inconveniencing us. It was evident that the tour did not cater well to diverse groups of travelers, as we were unable to participate in certain activities such as Hindi conversations or entertainment. The lack of operational charging ports in the coach was another inconvenience. This was particularly problematic during long drives, as we were unable to charge our devices or even use fans to combat the excessive heat inside the bus. The insufficient cooling system caused discomfort and headaches, making the overall journey unpleasant. Furthermore, the tour's arrangements for meals and stops were subpar. Being ill from day two onward, my companion and I were unable to eat for the remainder of the trip. The limited opportunities to purchase food were mostly at gas stations, which are not known for offering the best quality options. This lack of suitable food combined with the uncomfortable bus conditions made the tour extremely challenging and unpleasant. Hygiene was also a concern, as the packed bus often resulted in issues with body odor and uncomfortable seating. Moreover, the disregard shown by the tour staff was disheartening. The constant need to prove our inclusion in the group at restaurants and the refusal to serve me properly cooked food in one instance were highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Additionally, the rushed itinerary left little time for enjoying the locations or purchasing souvenirs. The tour felt more like a race to check off items from a checklist rather than an opportunity to immerse oneself in the wonders of Europe. Lastly, the dismissive response I received from customer service after the tour had ended further exemplified the lack of concern and disregard for the issues I faced throughout the trip. Their response implied that the tour was intended primarily for Indians and not for international or diverse cultures, contradicting their initial claims. In conclusion, my experience with Star Tours' 10-day Wonders of Europe tour was deeply unsatisfactory. The lack of response from customer service, misleading information regarding food options, uncomfortable conditions, and feeling ignored throughout the tour all contributed to a negative experience. I would not recommend this tour to anyone seeking an enjoyable and inclusive travel experience.

recently went to snowdonia tour 2 nights. The itinerary was not well prepared. Only beauty was tram and train trips. There are many sight seeing places in wales which could have boosted up. Just at the pier 4 hours was a lot of time wasted. Would have recommended hot breakfast, or dinner on the 1 st day though we paid for the trip at a price. was not happy with the tour.

No proper guidance from tour guide for finding veg.food. Remain literally hungry during the tour.Last day journey from Edinburgh to London took around 11 hours during which no food or refreshments were provided by tour operator.Reached London late night at around 12.
