Disappointing Experience on Snowdonia 2-Day Tour (UKSN) Our group of 15 joined the Snowdonia 2-Day Package on 23rd August 2025, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. The tour representative, Mr. Manish, displayed consistently rude and arrogant behavior, including raising his voice at guests. He failed to provide basic itinerary details, offered no support when issues arose (e.g., locked WC), and the coach was dirty and uncomfortable. Customer service and professionalism were severely lacking. We hope Star Tours takes this feedback seriously and improves staff conduct and tour quality going forward.
