Great products, great service.
I ordered a dotted journal and a watercolour pen set recently. The journal is fab quality, no bleeding through pages at all and beautifully bound.
I had a small issue with one of the pens in the set not working properly. I contacted them and they immediately sent me a replacement.
While it’s unfortunate to have a problem in the first place, these things happen and they dealt with it admirably.
I will absolutely be buying from them again :)
