Had my roof repaired a year ago. Have had to call them out twice since then. First time very difficult to get hold of. Eventually came to rescue a ridge time.
Second time came to look at the job _ contractors very aggressive and intimadating and refused to do the job. The manager called me and was also and aggressive not giving me a chance to talk and then hung up me as didn't want to hear the facts
