“Have to speak as I find. Phoned this morning to explain that our static caravan was leaking. A chap came out with 2 hours and identified the problem. He sent 2 men round to sort the problem out which they did with the minimum of fuss. Cheerful and friendly and made sure that we were happy with what they had done. The work is guaranteed for 10 years but hopefully, we won’t need to contact them again.”

“Had my roof repaired a year ago. Have had to call them out twice since then. First time very difficult to get hold of. Eventually came to rescue a ridge time.
Second time came to look at the job _ contractors very aggressive and intimadating and refused to do the job. The manager called me and was also and aggressive not giving me a chance to talk and then hung up me as didn't want to hear the facts
