I had my holiday cancelled due to Covid and they refused to refund any of the money.
Would only offer a £13.51 refund or 20% towards another quote in the future.
It was the First and Last time I use your company, I basically paid you for nothing.
I did forward this to Ombudsman and it seems you have the letter of the law on your side...Well Done!
