Settled claims for me in the past without any hassle. One company asked me if I always take my medication at the proper time I said I take one tablet later in the day as I would have to keep getting up to go to the toilet on the plane , it is not a life threatening tablet they refused to take me on I have had no bother at all with staysure they come highly recommended by me.
