My current annual insurance finished on the 30th Sept, we are hoping to be away,so I asked for an early cost for the next year.so that I could renew early. Was told that was not possible, he said why don't you ring from abroad 3 weeks before the 30th and we can give you a price.!!!!!!
Not very helpfull, may look for a new insurance company. You find out the good ones when you have a claim or a problem and how it's handled.
