My husband has had a stroke on holiday no authorisations was received for treatment received ar the hospital.
Not good if you do not have the cash available.
Davies Group who handle their claims are terrible, don't answer calls or emails the say they are very busy!
Claims at staysure also do not answer the phone.
A lot of stress added under very difficult circumstances.
Some considerate people on the emergency phone line but they can do nothing.
