Jacob was very helpful. Very patient going through a very long list of questions. I was not able to answer 1 question. He suggested I spoke to GP/Pharmacy. Said he would ring back which he did and the problem was sorted. I did think some of the questions difficult and at times repetitive Very good helpful service.
