Wanted to renew my policy and clicked on the button on the email reminder from Staysure. Thought it would be fast and easy but the screens that opened up were quite ambiguous. Why do you click on a screen to amend the policy when you simply want to renew. Wasn't clear how to proceed to renew so started down the amend route, and after loads of questions ended up with a quote a lot higher than that quoted on the 'invite to renew email'. Had to start all over again.
Not needed to make a claim so can't comment on performance after purchase.
