Our existing Annual Multi Trip travel insurance with Staysure was due to expire on the 31st May. Our replacement policy needed to be amended to cover our existing declared medical conditions, our age increases and an alteration to a prescribed medication. We contacted the UK customer contact centre and after we explained our required amended details, whilst we needed to increase our required annual payment we were pleased to have only a small increase in our annual payment.
