I have been a customer of Staysure for 8 years now. Thankfully I have never had to make any claim so cannot comment on that aspect. However, I can say that I have had brilliant customer service on the telephone when renewing my policy or adding new medical conditions. I use the website MyStaysure which is easy to navigate and view policy but not always able to change medical issues online. My most recent renewal was a couple of days ago with a lovely lady, Jo I think, who talked me through the mandatory paragraphs but explained all the changes, when the policy would come into force and answered all my questions thoroughly. The price was good but, to be honest, I did not shop around as I have been so pleased with the customer service received, I believe that it would be just as good if I ever have to make a claim. The only issue I had, a small one at that, was that their system for taking payment does not like iPhones and I had to do it over the phone with another lady. Not a problem though . Thank you Staysure employees.
