Transferred to 3 different people. Hard to understand two of them didn't seem to.listen what I was trying to inform them .
Wanted to let them know they had health statement fact incorrect but didn't listen, kept talking about other things. I was trying to say, my policy price has in reased on last year,if you put the correct facts in it may reduce the price and then I would consider renewing. On phone 30 minutes, nearly hung up.
