My annual policy was ending and due to both of us being under investigation for undiagnosed conditions I expected any travel insurance cover to be out of the question. However a helpful person who took my call explained clearly the possible options after taking our medical details and was able to put offers of cover to us with relevant cost. We were able to choose one of these options and when our diagnoses are known we can update the policy. Very satisfactory.
