The paperwork received by email says we were to be automatically renewed as existing customers for the next year's policy, nothing for you to do. Yet the next line says press here to renew your policy. Why if it automatically renews.
On ringing to clarify the situation we were told we had to pay now. We do hope we are not charged again in 12 days when our policy is renewed.
Very confusing. Needs to be simpler as we were paying by direct debit anyway.
